Composed of the cities of Terrebonne (regrouping Lachenaie and La Plaine since 2001) and Mascouche, Les Moulins MRC is the point of entry to the Lanaudière region. At the heart of the North Shore, close to Laval, it is also part of the Metropolitan Community of Montreal.
