Mission
Mission of the Centre local de développement économique des Moulins
The Centre local de développement économique des Moulins (CLDEM) is a non-profit organization administered by people knowledgeable in the field, under the direction of a board of directors representing the local economic partners.
The CLDEM mission is to promote the economic development of Terrebonne and Mascouche and to foster the creation and expansion of businesses through support to individual or collective entrepreneurship.
The CLDEM is a multi-service centre where all entrepreneurs and promoters of business projects can find technical, professional and even financial support for the development of their job creation projects.
Composed of the cities of Terrebonne (regrouping Lachenaie and La Plaine since 2001) and Mascouche, the Les Moulins MRC is the point of entry to the Lanaudière region. At the heart of the North Shore, close to Laval, it is also part of the Metropolitan Community of Montreal. As such, Les Moulins occupies an enviable position both at the regional level and the national level in Quebec and Canada.
