Business Mentoring

Des Moulins Business Mentoring
Success is for sharing

Mentoring is a relationship that involves peer counselling, sharing and caring. It is a relationship in which an experienced business person shares his or her expertise in order to increase the knowledge and skills of a new entrepreneur.

"[Mentoring...] It is the discrete art of leadership encouragement" (opening address by Jean-Claude Scraire at Mentorat 2000).

Meetings between mentor and mentored are based on a structured approach, a professional code of conduct and confidentiality. Mentors cannot have the answer to everything. They provide considerable support within the limits of their own experience. They can also draw on resources available within their group of affiliates.
